- We may suspend accounts that abuse the site (e.g., scraping, fraud, repeated chargebacks).
Buying from us
- Prices are in USD. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.
- Used books are sold as-described; condition grades (A — Like New, B — Good, C — Acceptable) reflect our best assessment.

Selling to us (buyback)
- When you accept a buyback offer, the device metadata of that acceptance is recorded.
- Offers are paid in store credit, not cash. Store credit does not expire.
- We may revoke an unfulfilled offer if a book in the pile is missing or in worse condition than listed — you'll be notified and no credit will be issued.
Intellectual property
- The site content (logo, layout, descriptions) is owned by The Homeschool Hub or licensed to us.
- Book covers and descriptions are owned by their respective publishers and authors and used here under fair use.
Disclaimers
- We do not give legal or educational advice. Curriculum recommendations are based on our staff's experience and are not guarantees of academic outcomes.
- The site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do our best but the internet happens.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim related to your use of the site is capped at the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Texas. Disputes go to courts in Denton County, Texas.
Changes
