We want you to love what you bought. If something's not right, here's how it works.
Return window
- 30 days from the date you received the item.
- The item must be in the same condition you received it (we sell used books — they don't need to be perfect, but they shouldn't be in worse shape than when they left us).
What's NOT returnable
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance.
- Digital products and downloadable curriculum.
- Books that have been written in, highlighted, or have damaged spines (beyond what was disclosed at sale).
How to start a return
- Email info@thehomeschoolhub.net with your order number and the items you're returning.
- We'll send return shipping instructions. Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, item damaged in our packing).
- Once we receive the return, refunds process within 3–5 business days back to the original payment method.
Refund amount
- Full item price refunded, minus original shipping (if free shipping applied to your order, the actual shipping cost we paid will be deducted).
- If multiple items shipped together and you return only some, the original shipping isn't refunded.
Exchanges
We don't do direct exchanges — return the original item for a refund and place a new order for what you'd prefer. Faster than waiting for an exchange to process.
Buyback returns
Buyback offers, once accepted by both you AND our store, are final. Store credit issued cannot be reversed.
