In-store pickup
Live near Lewisville? Choose In-Store Pickup at checkout and skip the shipping fee. We'll email you when your order is ready (usually within 4 hours during store hours).
Tracking
Every shipped order gets a tracking number by email. If you don't see it within 24 hours of "shipped" status, check spam — or contact us.
Lost / damaged
If your package was damaged in transit, take a photo and email us at info@thehomeschoolhub.net within 5 days of delivery. We'll make it right.
